VERA is the first integral monocoque carbon frame kit that can be tailored to the rider size.
To the millimeter and without compromise.

VERA is made in Italy and does not use preformed tubes, co-molding or other tube-to-tube methods. A true integral monocoque that allows the widest freedom of design and style, making the best use of the characteristics of carbon fiber.

VERA does not compromise and consists of:

• a custom sized full monocoque frame + fork
• a custom-width monocoque aero handlebar
• a custom length stem, which also allows adjustment to any angle and with full cable integration.

VERA will be unveiled to the public in June, at the Eurobike 2023 fair and you can see it live at the fair itself in the startup area, at stand B55 (Halle 8).

Our technology

The heart of our patented process is a modular mold that can be adapted to any desired size by intervening on a few modules in additive manufacturing. It is therefore the mold that becomes custom-made, allowing to carry out the integral lamination and a single curing process. The entire frame is then extracted in a single piece, without gluing or other shortcuts.

VERA technology combines the best of two frame “families” currently top of the range:

• the optimized structure and design freedom of the integral monocoque, previously only available in standard sizes
• the possibility of adapting in size to any person, until now only possible with the compromises of tube-to-tube technology
